the last to finish the Last of us

I Started Last of us on release day, got halfway through then got completely sidetracked by Deadpool, Defiance, the show and game, and just now have i gotten around to finishing it. You guys keep thinking that i jest about this ADD thing. Its ok I try to make it work to my...So i was watching Serenity last night, because you know they announced Firefly the mmo.

Oh snap. i cant believe i just said oh snap...loser, Sorry. So I finally beat Last of Us, in a 3 night Starbucks fueled marathon. Yes it took 3 nights because i still had to get my Defiance fix..I hate that game.

So For those of you that live under a rock in Russia, no offense to the Motherland, or you own some other Lame System with lame exclusives, and nothing but love for you guys we cant all own the better system, here is the trailer for last of us

Now I am gonna keep this short...I think. I am not gonna review the game, there are plenty of them out there, and they all give the game a well earned perfect score.
If you really need a review learn to Google.

No i Just wanna share some thoughts on my experience...at least i think thats what i am doing.

First this isnt a game so much as a work of art. everything, from the animation, to the story, to game play flows and works so well. the game is very linear, but it doesnt feel like it, the controls feel like second nature, and the graphics are simply stunning. I dont beat alot of games...obviously, but this was one that even though I took a break from it, i couldnt wait to get back and finish, and now I want more. What happens after the credits roll, does the truth ever come out? I need to know.

Secondly I cant tell you many times i was on the edge of my seat, or how many different emotions i felt. I creid a little in the beginning, I laughed, at the banter between people, I went into shock, alot.  This game pulls on your heart from the beginning and never lets go. the Story is just that good, and is pulled off with such grace and power.

My only gripe, and i am apparently not the only one, is the ending. I was not surprised with the ending in the least. I am surprised by how it played out. And it would have been nice to have the option to see the other possible ending, but i do understand that this was Naughty Dogs story, and they had to tell it their way.

This isnt a zombie game, or a shoot em up, although there is tons of both. No this is a story about survival, redemption, and choices.

If you have the opportunity do not miss this game. you have been warned.

On a side note, I really need to learn to capitalize my i's....
